It is the Friday night before opening day of modern firearms season.
The bonding with friends and family at deer camp.
The camp fires, the final preparations to make sure that every detail has been attended to.
The tales of past hunts the anticipation of the challenges the dawn will bring.
Yes a magical night awaits us all.

Deer camps around the state are full of husbands, fiancés, and boyfriends.

Bars are full of the ladies left behind.
Truly a magical night indeed.
