And no - this isn't the project I first envisioned it would be. This shotgun was/is an almost pristine Express.

I DID find a well-used 870 Wingmaster - but it was going to cost $100+ more in "upgrades" to get it where I wanted to end up than this gun...which I bought very reasonably from a family friend.

My original idea was to emulate the Cabela's gun...but then I bought the MP stuff in FDE then wanted to match it. The Cabela's color is more tan/coyote. Still sharp looking, too!
