I used to ride my bike over to another kid's house in Kokomo to listen to the albums. I would never have been allowed something like that in my house.

You should have seen the look on the ex wife's face one day when the then 3 year old starts in with "Dave's not here man"! Priceless!!

I used to ride my bike over to another kid's house in Kokomo to listen to the albums. I would never have been allowed something like that in my house.

We had some strong boundary's as well but I and my brother both played guitar and we had many bands that used our garage. We had a stereo and a mic-ed up reel to reel set up in there so we could review our efforts. That was more or less a safe zone unless we exceeded set decibel levels.
