I did. I was trying to save up some more points from our local grocery store to get a bigger discount. I wasn't counting on some, out of state, interloper crashing in and paying top dollar.

Re: REP, it appears something got glitched when the server was moved. The change wasn't intentional.
While the speed issues have been fixed, the rep problems still elude IT. They're working on it.
