A perfect example of issue with Chicago City violence.

I read on Fox New today that one of the people shot down and killed over the weekend in Chicago was a 30 yr old rapper. He didn't even make it to his car to go home and was shot 64 times from several shooters across the street from the Cook county jail. He was arrested for possessing a firearm illegally as a previous felon, and resisting law enforcement. He was given a $50,000 bond. He paid his $5000 bail, and got a leg monitoring device.

So since when is a know gun felon, suspected of another gun offense given bail?? This is the root of the problem they are having. They are letting these gang members out on low, or no bail and they are running the streets and finishing the job. This is crazy
