    Crappie have to be my favorite eating fish followed by Bluegill/Redears and Yellow Perch/Walleye. Glad to see someone is taking advantage of the odd weather.

    Bluegill is my favorite, hands down. Crappie is much further down the list, but easier to come by this time of year.

    WTH! You got a jump on this year already.

    Best fish to eat, I have to say Perch/Walleye as well but I love the gill too. Crappie are OK. Can't say I like Rockbass, although I have cleaned a butt load of them in my lifetime. But to me they taste too much like.......BASS.

    Bass eaters are heathen dogs who don't know any better.

    I do love Northerns with the Y bones removed.

    The best tasting ones, are the ones someone else catches, cleans and cooks for you. Have ate a lot of them, still like bluegills the best.
