One reason why a lot of people are buying AAC cans right now, I think it was originally only supposed to last until October or November but they extended that.
That being said, I'm hoping to use my $400 in credit on a threaded barrel and some other accessories
Makes me wonder if they're trying to liquidate before they give the company the ax then re-open with a new name. Would keep Freedom Group from having to pay Kevin Brittingham the 14 million they owe him. An AAC Ti-Rant 9 for $349 and a $200 AAC credit seems questionable. Just a few months ago these cans were selling for $850.
Seeing how the rebate is for store credit, it really doesn't hurt them all that much. Suppressors are sold for about 4x's the material+labor costs. The items being sold in AAC store also have a huge mark up. I bought an ACC can and am using my rebate for the 150$ muzzle brake that goes along with it.
I am still trying to find a shop that sells one for less then MSRP. Seems like everyone is on that bandwagon so it really doesn't matter where I buy them anymore.
