I have 100 acres in Oakland city that we could shoot on and have a cook out.

You guys can google where OC is at and see if its a good option.
I'll give you a hand setting crap up since I'm so close.
I have some pretty good ideas for some swinging targets.
I hope I have enough time to build them.
    I scored a 1" thick chunk of round plate.:D

Man!! I just got some bad news! my wife had her sisters set up to go and feed her Dad lunch and supper, Well no one showed up! :xmad: so he went all day with only having breakfast that my wife gave him before we left!! and the oldest sister even had his car so he could not even go out and run to McDonald's drive threw!! So now she can't trust anyone to jump in help and take care of her Dad she will not be able to come with me or even us have a day out together. :xmad:
It really sucks that you can't depend on family for anything.
Shell took care of her grandmother in her last years.
Hardly anyone gave her a hand.

I know this puts a big strain on you and Mrs. H&K.....hang in there.
At least you have us to entertain you!!:D

I forgot to mention that anyone that took the training that would like a certificate for said training PM me your name and address, and I will get one in the mail to you. :D

That's awesome HK. I really appreciate the way you train, and that you are so willing to do it. You've given me a lot to work on. I hope I never need it, but know how to survive if I do. Will PM you for sure. Need all the creds I can get!

Want to add my appreciation and thanks to FPD and BIL for the place and hospitality, and all those who made the rest of the day enjoyable. HK and Mrs., thanks for all you contributed as well. Priceless. If you want to head to the next location down by Eville, I will be happy to pitch in for your time and fuel.
Really glad I came, and feel sorry for those who didn't make it. Maybe next time.

FYI. All went well with the special mission I was sent on after the shoot :FPD and Ironjaw ;)

Anyway, good to meet some new folks and good to see a few familiar ones.

I'm glad IndyMonkey invited me to go along, gave me a ride, and gave me guns and ammo to shoot. I had a good time and even though I'm not a PW I hope I can attend the next shoot. Thanks FPD for arranging the location. The food was awesome, especially the chili!

I'm sorry I didn't introduce myself to everyone, I'm still in the "laying low" mode. For those of you that I did meet, it was a pleasure.

It was nice to meet you, sir.

So why didn't the tannerite work?

It was shot of the edge of the container and not the center. It should have went off as I mixed it really good, but apparently a side shot as opposed to a center mass hit isn't enough to set it off. :dunno: It's ok. They shot the crap out of it instead. :D
