That's what I was thinking also. I would love to put one back together. Trusting my work to fly afterwards might be a different story.

YeaH, airlines store their excess inventory out there too. Very cool.

Looks like it has changed a lot since I was there in the 70's, there was some real old stuff in there then I remember them scrapping B-58 Hustlers.

Go onto "google maps". You can zoom right into Dothan Monath (believe that's the name) airbase. You cans see 100's of planes. It's a real treat.

The name is Davis Montham AFB, outside of Tucson, Az. It is remarkable.

Just did a google earth on Davis-Monthan and there are hundreds of planes there, all arranged in perfect rows. Image date is March, 2011.

Another good map view is Norfolk Va. The ships there are nice to see.

The google maps of Davis Monthan AFB are awesome. I especially like how they captured a cool military helicopter flying over the old Navy A-4's on the field. At first I thought it was part of the boneyard fleet until I realized it was in the air (no shadow) and banking to the left.
