How can the cops just stand there and let them block traffic? I’m not being an ass I really don’t understand. Is that an interstate and are those covered under federal laws, Blocking interstate commerce or something like that. Bring one of the fire trucks from the airport out and let loose with the giant water cannons!

I am going to guess it is because no lives are at risk. If you are a supervisor, why risk one of your officers getting sent to prison if one of the protesters resists violently?

Apparently they chained their hands together inside PVC pipe.

This sounds like an argument for 'move them all at once' rather than 'oh no we can't move them :(' but I'm not an ******* removal professional, what do I know.

Hit them with CS. They can disperse and wash their eyes or sit and suffer. If we the movers have to sit and suffer, they can suffer too as they sit blocking traffic.

    Stupid should be painful.

I was asking a question and not criticizing them. It’s a shame that “protestors “ and criminals rights are more important than the rights of the average citizens. Much akin to the illegal invaders getting receiving more benefits than our own homeless veterans and citizens. But I’m old and simple minded so I’m just counting my days….
