This is the Monstrum Deadlock 30mm Cantilever mount. I bought one to check it out.
Here are some pictures. In one it looks like a scratch but it isn't scratched just bad lighting.

It feels very well built. Seems to be a solid mount.
Ring mounts go by scope manufacturers suggested in-lbs.
The mount to rail they say use 30 in-lbs, and blue loctite.
So far I'm pleased with this mount. Well worth the $22.99 delivered.
All the screws T 15 which I like better.

I don't have one of those torque driver attachments but I do have a 0-60 in-lbs torque wrench. Wonder if that'd work for this type of work.

I might invest in this torque driver from home depot though, reasonably priced.

That would work. I use a Wheelers fat wrench.
