    Android users can now use their cell phones to record police stops without being blatantly obvious. You start the app and hit record, the app closes so it doesn't look like your phone is doing anything. Once it's done, you can open the app and it gives you the option to upload the audio or video to the website. Didn't know if this would interest anyone, but I figured this part of the forum was the best place for it.

    Why do you say that?

    The national ACLU is not anti-gun. Granted they aren't necessarily pro-gun either. Their stance is neutral.

    OTOH, many state level AACLU divisions ARE pro-gun & have taken several gun cases.

    Besides they wouldn't be representing the "gun" aspect they would be representing the "abuse of authority" aspect...IF that's what actually occured.
