What we have here is an M16A4 style clone built from parts, on an Aero Precision M16A4 lower. It started off as a GWOT style USMC M16A4 but has ended up with some additional upgrades. This Rifle is semi-automatic only, despite having a feaux 3-round burst fire setting, the selector does not rotate to that position.
