AK 47 Show and Tell

I did a guide to AK grips and saw the MFT stuff but didn't see many reviews out there on them, what do you think of it all? It does look like the grip replicates the AR angle well. The handguards are different but could grow on me. Did the stock come with an adapted tube?

Thats one fine rifle you have there that PK I know don't run cheap..


Im thinking about that same set up with an OTK side folder, Just deciding if I wanna get into 5.45 might just do it with this 7.62

While Im here here is my finished " SGL project" I found the sling Ive been looking for and its the cherry to my Sunday a 1986 Afgan era, Khaki tan with a crisp elk head stamp

Thanks man, I'm digging yours as well. My sling is one of those blue German Navy ones, and I might try dying it this weekend. As far my optic, freaking top notch. I especially like the Kalinka mount, because it centers the dot over the bore and sits low enough to cowitness your irons in the bottom 1/3 of the glass. I really wanted a Russian red dot, and most either sit to the left side or are too high for a good cheek weld. I had a Kobra on it before, but I think I like this setup much better.

I'm not saying it's my cup of tea, just MFT's claim to fame. For AR guys that want to dabble in the AK world, it would make them more comfortable.

Tradertator's SGL with plum is more my personal style taste. I'm liking the PK-01V too. Overall, I'm a practical guy, not a purist and not a tacticoolist. I also understand that their is both groups and I could be in either at any given time depending on what rifle I'm playing with.
