I just picked up a C39 V2 with a basic walnut stock so I could customize. I opted for a Damage Ind. hand guard and a Hogue grip which came at a screaming good deal.
Still yet to go is an MOE style butt stock from Magpul. I'd like to see it all American for principal. Hope this helps & good luck with your build. There's not too many ways to go wrong I don't think.

Looks great. Do you have any clearance issues with the stock in the folded position and that Magpul forearm.

I did. But I took a very fine file and shaved just a little off and now it folds and locks perfectly! I will show a photo tomorrow!

Awesome I have the Zhukov forearm on one of my rifles and love it. Would be really nice on one of my Arsenals.
