You should have already filled out a 4473 for the serial numbered receiver from the seller. There is nothing else to do.

If you mean by pressing the receiver, to purchase the receiver, you will have to fill out a 4473 for the seller to ensure that you can lawfully own said firearm. Nothing else is required. There is no registration, the only suggestion is that you somehow put a serial number on the receiver. oh, and be sure to properly heat treat the bent receiver if you wont want to catch a bolt carrier in the face
