Whats the differense between the zastava OPAP vs NPAP? I've seen the NPAP. Does it have a chrome lined barrel? Thanks

None of the M70-based guns have chrome-lined barrels. None of the "real" Yugo military M70s did, either.

The only real difference I can see is that the OPAP's furniture may be in slightly rougher condition, and the buttstock is serialized to the gun and is marked with the Serbian crest. This is based solely on the pics and descriptions on our distributors' websites; we haven't had any of the NPAPs in the shop yet.

Are AKs back? I got excited until I saw the date.

I was just there this afternoon. Ironically picking up an AK I ordered. It's the new Arsenal SAM7SF-84 and it is totally freaking awesome! Anyway they didn't have many AKs to speak of. I saw an AK pistol and they had a VEPR 12 hanging on the wall. But that was about it.

You must not have looked in the Mosin Room, which is where the AKs usually live; we had several Romanian GP75s, an M&M M10 and a couple M70s in there as of Saturday.

No I didn't look back there. Honestly I didn't look around much at all. It was close to closing time, and there was really only one AK I was looking for.
