A year book that was admittedly forged is hardly evidence. In fact, it defeats most other evidence and accusations, by proving that people are simple out to get him.

Who ever seriously thought people were dumb enough to think a poem ending in Ray, followed with a different color of ink and different hand writing, could even remotely be considered valid?

Not arguing but it was now "partially" forged. The accuser, Beverly Nelson, admits to writing some notes beneath the signature. She claims she wrote the date, location and DA as a reminder.

That said, an alleged handwriting expert has confirmed that the signature and writing above it matches that which was given to another woman decades ago.

I am certain there will be more to follow (no pun intended.)

Meh. She didn't even "remember" that until it was called a forgery. Show your cards and name your hand or get off the table

Moore still has until 12:26 pm Saturday to force a recount, but I believe he has to post bond of sufficient size to pay for it (estimated to cost $millions)

Not quite in the rear view mirror, but his chances have been mathematically reduced
