    When a drunk driver kills somebody the headline isn't "car kills person" is it?

    Yeah, im surprised they did say it was an assault pistol with high capacity assault clips. What exactly is a large caliber handgun? .50?

    I wouldn't be around anyone who's drinking and handling firearms. Fishy story. Like they say, always treat a gun like it's loaded. To many people don't give a f*** any more and it f**** it up for everyone. I guess someone has to pay for others stupid actions.
