So I guess the bad guy runs up, pushes the "Arrest Me" button and all is well after that??
Well, if it is iOS, it'll require a thumbprint, an AppleID account, and an appointment.

If it is Android, it'll only be used by people who are professionals.

If it is MS, it'll only work 1 out of 3 times and need to be rebooted every night.

If it is Unix, it'll be expensive and require a cadre of specialists to keep it going.

If it is Linux, it'll be cheap, reliable, and the tech can maintain it remotely from his mom's basement.

At least the writer is recommending caution and not kissing the butt of our future machine overlords.

    Could be anywhere
Now that brings up a funny memory. In the way back I was running a fighter pilot training range and we did a lot of briefings for civilians. I had prepared a theater for a visitor briefing and went to run a mission. When I came back the group had assembled and by that time the computer had timed out on the briefing and brought up a terminator screen saver that I had. On both huge screens was the rotating triangle of SkyNet with information updates scrolling past about their success in the hunting down and destruction of human kind...the audience was VERY quiet.

Never mind the man behind the curtain...
