long story short they have screwed up her crown 4 times and still have to fix it, we have filed insurance complaints but they fight and say they did everything perfect, jennifer is just too picky of a patient. they also add on ghost charges for work that wasn't done, do treatment without her consent. there have been times when they will numb her up only to not do any work. they also argue with her because they don't want to do work that they've screwed up and call it good. jennifer won't let me go with her anymore because if there is one thing that would cause me to go to jail it's people messing with/angering my wife. their work is shoddy at best and the dentist is inexperienced with no earthly idea what he is doing.
