    Doing it right vs doing something that most don't understand. I tried to clean mine with the shroud in place around the fins, then I took it off and it didn't look like I had done anything.

    I’ve seen it 100 times. “Yeah I have company clean it every spring.” And then it looks like they’re trying to manufacture cottonwood carpet.

    Definitely a two part problem, the biggest part is company integrity. If I hire you to do a job I expect you to do it right. Shouldn't matter if I know what "right" is. Part two unfortunately is not knowing enough to call them on it. The sad part is I shouldn't need to know enough about it when I hire someone to do something. One of the reasons I hate paying to have something done I can do myself.:noway:
