Depends on how shifts are layed out.
Most distribution centers work four different shifts.
Tues- fri 10 hour day and night shifts.
And sat-mon 12 hour day and night shifts.
If working on a holiday one can get 1 1/2 pay for working and normal hours worked for holiday pay.

Are you referring to only unionized operations or all distribution centers?

Does Amazon pay overtime for holiday work or is that a part of the employee's condition of employment agreement?

Aren't some of Amazon's delivery drivers contractors? It has not happened lately, but there was a time that weekend Amazon deliveries arrived in personal vehicles.

In general, why would Amazon be any different? Those open 7 -20 or 24 need at least 4 shifts.

Im not aware of any Union distrubtion centers. If there is good for them.

They get paid time and a half after 40 hrs.

Dont know anything about Amazons delivery, other than they do a good job placing my packages on my front porch.
