I think I am but I'm uncertain about some where the outer edge of the whole breaks a line. For example, #24. Is that 100 or 50?

In NRA Highpower, If the hole touches the line of the inside ring, you score the higher value.

Disregard. I didn't see the scoring target in the upper left at first.

    24 is 100.
When you break a line you score where the majority of the hole is.
It's depicted perfectly on the scorer sample.

OK I interpreted the sample wrong then because I read it as soon as you fully break the line, you are scored in the outer region.

ARA scores worst case so that would be a 50 as it appears to break the line. It is helpful to get a scoring plug to be sure as sometimes it looks in but is not, and vice versa.

    1, 17 & 19 were 100s but 25 was a 50

I'll have to look into the plug. I'm just doing them for fun ATM..

Are those .22 holes? They seem smaller. Or maybe the center ring looks bigger?

Yes, .22. Its a factory class target, your is an unlimited class target. Much harder!
