    I grew up in Portage, and I know just how much the local cops can sometimes be JBT's. I can envision them 'hammering' the confession out of her, because after all, filching a cookie is a horrendous offense. :rolleyes:

    Whine in the media about how bad it is that the state is actaully enforcing the law..

    She stole stuff, she stole lots of stuff and admited it..

    National news? Probably not worthy.

    But she did steal from the company for 4 years. That probably adds up to thousands of dollars in theft.

    I'm somewhat amazed that many of the responses seem to indicate that it's no big deal. Just a little property theft from Walmart, who cares?

    they posted this article to keep the pro-gun people occupied with something else while the economy gets worse, and the WH finds new and unconstitutional ways to take our firearms.

    I love how the article implies this wasn't her fault. When asked why she stole the cookies, she says she can't afford them on her $11.40 per hour pay rate. So, we are to feel sorry for her now.
