Yes. I built my pistol I'm turning into an SBR on one. No problems and everything fit perfectly. I built it with an Anderson LPK and built the upper too using Anderson parts. It's a 10.5" barrel.

A buddy of mine bought 4 Anderson lowers today for $53 each at a local shop. Will report back in a couple months with an opinion.

Honestly a lower to me is a lower. I have many, and not one better than the other to me. I do prefer the built in trigger guards by other though. My .02

You can build on an Anderson lower no problem... Build away with confidence and don't worry about it!

The Anderson receivers seemed to function fine. But the ones I got were a bit ugly. Had some tooling marks, and the anodizing was sloppy. They weren't "blems," but they sure looked like it.

For the same price or maybe just an extra couple of bucks, I go with Aero Precision. The quality seems better from the smallish sample size (10 or so parts from each supplier) I've dealt with.
