I live in the city limits of Anderson, I have been thinking of getting a suppressor for my ar15, has anyone had any experience, or know of anyone that has had any trouble getting the CLEO to sign the paper work? if I must go the trust route it will be one of those things that I have always wanted, but never got.

I didn't have any problems having them sign off on it. Dropped it off on a Monday, picked it up on Thursday. Pretty painless.

    The chief signed my paperwork.
I just took it to the station and explained to the desk officer what I needed and he did the fingerprints and passed on the paperwork. Quick and painless.
