    Had that same problem. Was trying to ship a CMMG 9mm upper to SRT Arms to be integrally suppressed. UPS told me they couldn't accept it, and to take it to the hub. I went across the street to the FedEx Store, told them what it was, he said no problem and shipped my package. I always use FedEx now. They're cheaper, too.

    I have a business FedEx account, so I just print the label and then schedule a pickup... Convenient and cheap.
