A Howard Arms Chicago Ill. Top break 5 shot .38 S&W revolver. It has a hammer but won't stay cocked. It will work in double action. Cylinder lock up is loose at best. It was going to go to the recent gun buyback but I would rather throw it in White River than to see it in the hands of a liberal. $50.00 or trade 100 rounds of 5.56 or .45acp or .45 Long Colt or what ever.
