Just a little niggle... This is all state of Illinois doing, not Federal.

But it IS the mentality of just about everyone who has a D next to their name at the Fed level, I do grant that.

Yes and No on the hilarious part. The company already has a small plant in Elkhart (20 people employed). So what they plan on doing is expanding it take over the production in Rockford as well.

IN offered them a sweet deal (i think) to help them move over the state line. IN unlike to other neighboring states (that I know of) got real smart and put together a working group at the state level, made a website and have been actively targeting IL businesses to move out of IL along with an AD campiagn.

Now that is a smart use of money.
