In the sticky "Current LTCH Wait" (p.613) a member said they were denied because they didn't list an arrest on the app, but the app does not ask about arrest's, it asks if you have been convicted. So how can someone be denied for not listing something that isn't asked?

    No.

In fact, if you list an arrest without conviction it will exponentially delay your application as they then have to dig up info and court records to confirm the charges and outcome.
