Crap like this is why I got off Twitter. I'd see some moron post something like this and spend too much time and energy sharing links to facts and historical documents proving them wrong, but knowing full well it's likely they were never going to read any of them. Compile that with the fact that one can find dozens of idiotic posts like this every day, and it was consuming too much of my mental sanity with very little benefit.

Just seeing this triggered that itch and I almost looked up this jack wagon's account to read through the replies. Fortunately I deleted my account for good just so I'm not tempted to get sucked back in.
