Any AR15 Armorers Courses in Indiana?

Just wanting to know if there are any AR15 Armorers Courses in the State.

Yes; Defensive Edge (SLR15.com) is putting on their 2-day course at the Morristown, IN PD on April 15-16.

There is also a Bushmaster/DPMS armorers course the following weekend somewhere in Indiana, but I don't recall the details, except that the Defensive Edge course is much less expensive.

I haven't taken his armorer's course, but I have trained with Sully (Defensive Edge, mentioned by shooter521) and would highly recommend him as an instructor.

I have taken Sully's armorer's course and his Carbine 1/2 course, and have taken other instructors' courses with him as a fellow student. He is a great guy and the real deal. Defensive Edge courses in general are a bargain compared to similar offerings from other outfits. I just wish Sully did more training down this way.

Has anyone heard of any other armorers courses? If nobody knows of any courses in the near future, recommendations on the best books and or videos to buy are appreciated.

Does not Boone County SD still do the Colt Armourer's Course?

Is that open to the non-badged?

BCSD has hosted Dean Caputo (former Colt armorer) and Sully/Defensive Edge in the past. Both are open enrollment.

Colt is LE/.mil only and cost twice as much.
