I used to listen to the games on the radio as a youngster. Sitting in the garage working on my BMX or just hanging out with Gramps.

Mid-80's grew up in-between Flint and Lansing. Al Kaline, Sparky, Gibby, Sweet Lou Whittiker, Chester Lemon, Allen Trammel, all those names bring back some warm memories.

I still have people up there spread around from Detoit to TC. I haven't followed the Tigers for years. I bet it would be a good time to drop in on a game someday.

What, , you mean the Tigers are still around? Personally I will stick with National League. The designated hitter rule sucks. (BTW, I have Fielder on my fantasy team, and he is not doing as well as expected there, is he).

I've been a White Sox fan since the first time I saw Carlton Fisk playing (3 or 4 on TV) but was a fan of Sparky.
