Any Duck Hunters out there?

I am looking for someone who hunts ducks. I tie flies for fly fishing and duck feathers cost too much in the Fly Shops. I thought that if I could hook up with a duck hunter, that he could provide me with a skin. (I don't know anything about how to dress out a duck, just thought it was done like a squirrel or deer). Anyway, I would like to get a skin to use the feathers.
