    A holler in Kentucky
Heading to French Lick tomorrow to see John Anderson, and will be hitting town around lunch time, was hoping to find a spot with some craft beer. Anybody have a suggestion of a good brewery that also serves food in or around town?

Wine, but no local beer. Maybe 3 or 4 places that serve beer and food. It is a very small town with a very large hotel/casino. Best chicken in town is Fast Eddies Country Store/ Papa Johns Pizza.

For a good craft brew on your way down (if you're taking 37 from Indy) is Salt Creek Brewery just north of Bedford only a couple miles off 37. Brewed right there on-site and it's good...

A lady at the French Lick winery told us today that there is an effort being made to open a brewery in town. I love the town and the resorts, but it is certainly a wasteland when it comes to good micro/craft brew.

By the way, John Anderson absolutely tore it up last night, great show!
