Any info on this rifle

I havent had this gun out for a long time and really never thought about it much .My dad gave it to me about 35 years ago . It is stamped haerens tojhus 1918 m89 .Does anyone know much about it . Google has failed me on info . Not much about them other than a WW1 weapon Ainy Idea what it is worth???. Thanks

The rifle has been made into a sporter or hunting rifle because the original stock has been cut down and the rear sights are gone.
