Any insurance professionals here. I have questions.

This may be kind of a legal issue and I’m not sure how to proceed. I know anything you learn on here from non lawyers is only worth what you pay for it but maybe give me some ideas as to what direction I show go for more professional advice.
I also would prefer to discuss this via PMs.
Ideally someone working in claims or adjuster type work. This is regarding our recent house fire.
