My cartridges are vintage, but the working parts aren't. Those are some vintage components, been a while since I've seen powder in a steel drum. Still have some stuff labeled Hercules.
depends... I'm very vintage and I load. and i did just load some brass shotshells up with some dupont 1F in one of the old oval cans.. think it might be from the 20's.. lol
I don't do the whack-a-mole thing, but I have some reloading components stored away that are older than my son, who graduates from college this year. I also load for some cartridges that are very old, but all of the working components I actually use today are of recent vintage.
I've used up all my stock of cardboard canned Hercules powder except for about half a pound of Reloader 7. Unique is my go to powder for a lot of calibers, 44/40, 45 Colt, and 45 ACP especially, use an eight pound keg a year. It's vintage, been around since about 1900 I think.
