Anybody good with an airbrush?

My wife pulled out a toy rocking horse to give to our granddaughter. Since it needed a little cleaning, she put it in the shower. Unfortunately, almost all of the paint came off. I am not an artist (at all), so I'm not going to attempt to fix it. Can anyone help or recommend somewhere to take it?

You'd be hard pressed to find someone better at blending and shading.

Pre-covid there was a guy in Evansville that would set up in the mall. He did murals, baseball helmets, motorcycle helmets and such. His work was excellent. Haven't seen him in a while though.
