I am thinking of buying a telescope for star gazing. Been doing some research on The Internet so I have a pretty good idea what I want. Anybody have recommendations or info to pass on? Specifically brands, accessories, etc.

Yes, if you see any aliens shoot and then ask questions later. Also, Google Earch has a pretty decent star/planet map so you know what you are looking at.
