I was able to get one of the Troy 5.56 Carbines last fall before the craze. I was looking through the Troy catalog today, and came across this;

Its their Alpha Rail system with flip up sights, as well as grip and stock. Add your reciever and barrel, and you get this;

Well, it is $60 off with the discount.

The Rhineland is $69, and the wood is unfinished. Then you have to buy a grip, buttstock, and rails. And there isn't an iron sight option.
