I have a rental that I need to get ready to put up on the market. I will be working most of the day on Saturday and would be willing to pay for some help. I will mostly be ripping up carpet, lawn work, hauling trash, paint, etc. I am looking for someone that is able to work, can work steadily without being micro-managed and general construction experience is always a plus.
This work is being done on the Eastside of Indianapolis. You would be responsible for your own transportation. Probably start around 10am and end around 6-8pm. If things work out, I will probably use the same person the next time I work. Looking to get this house on the market by the end of the month.
