    Hey INGO,

Has anyone run into an issue with their LTCH application where IdentoGO's site reports the Application number is invalid? Trying to help my mother get her license, and we've hit a wall. Called IdentoGO, and they said if the number doesn't work, they can't do anything. ISP's firearms licensing unit did not pick up the phone, so I emailed them. Just wondering what I should expect based on your experiences.

    Thanks

Oh hey. Thanks. It's been a few years.

Same here. I got mine and my wife's just before they switched. So even with my techsavvyness, I have no idea what to expect from here.

    Welcome back to INGO!

They didn't have that fancy online stuff when I got mine, so I can't help you.

Are you sure you have the correct application number, the state portion of the few had been paid, and that it hasn't lapsed more than 90 days since the application was submitted? If your want to DM me I can take a look and verify the application number and/or see what may be holding it up.

Firearms is short staffed and pretty efficient with the staff they have, but phone is iffy, email is the best route.
