Anyone thread S&W 22A barrel

I do not have a 22A and a friend told me that they are aluminum with steel liner. Is this the case?
I was looking for someone who has set one up for a suppressor.

It can be done, TT does it for $150 plus return shipping but I don't think they are taking on new work until they catch up.
