Not quite what she said, she specified toxic power plants built in the last 2 decades. And with the cost of real estate in NYC I'm going to guess that number is quite low.

I count 13 power stations in NYC built since 1999. Although, the on-line date is the last generator built so she may not be referring to some of those on the list.
One station in Queens has many generators. If all 13 qualify under her definition I have to question the validity of her claim that 100 acres of solar panels could replace them.

And the source of that is an anti-AOC group.
