meh not really the third pin would be the kicker not really that uncommon maybe more so in the ar department but i remember a fal i had years back that had a safe semi semi mode on the selectorThanks! I had considered the M16 selector mod that gives it SAFE-SEMI-SEMI, but decided it wasn't worth the potential hassle. Engravings are one thing, but if the selector actually moved to the AUTO position, it'd be hard to explain.
Nice "retro" look. Is it model numbered A2? Because it has A1 sights.
Family portrait:
good luck on that bolt catch for some reason i tried one on 3 different ar's n none of them would lock back
Troy AR. Stock, grip, winter trigger gaurd, Medieval Brake, rear BUIS, and Alpha Rail w/ sight all came on the gun. Added a Troy ambi bolt release, ambi safety, QD single point rear plate, and cooling hole QD socket on the rail. Also put a Timney trigger, BCM Model 3 Gun Fighter, Surefire M600 Scout / Haley Thorntail mount, and Nightforce NXS 1X4X24 w/ FC2 reticle mounted in a Larue SPR mount. Case is a Pelican 1700.
nice bang stick, now just get the elbow down!
You lucky dog im green with envy, and you got one of those northtech defense lowers??? How do people find all this stuff I am constantly looking for things and im always late to the party...put a new charging handle and a cool muzzle device on that and it will be the bee's knees! My bad just looked you already got a cool charging handle...lol...cool rifle again!
My one and only AR. I decided to build a retro M16A1 about a year ago. Gunthings kit, Nodak lower engraved to look similar to the real thing.
Keeping my eyes open for a "reasonably" priced LE6920 to keep it company.
