Have made a couple of changes in the last couple weeks. Think I finally have the rifle exactly how I want. Still not certain if I want to stay with the 1-4 scope or go with something with a bit more magnification like 2-10, 3-15,4-16.

    Here's my recce build

Finished my walk around rifle today. DD upper, swapped in a Samson Evo 7-ex rail. Lower is an Aero with cmc trigger and BCM buffer assembly. Vortex Strike Eagle 1-6x for the optic. Now I just need to get it to the range.

Appears to be a PA extended mount? I have one of their non-extended offset mounts and like it well enough. I'm tempted to get their extended mount for my other SPR, but think I'm gonna hold out another week and get an AMD recon X in FDE

Yes, it's a PA mount. I'm a big fan of their mounts.

Depends if you need/want QD or not. The PA mounts are great, just no QD.

I do see a bit of chatter in the rings when I lap them, but I lap all of my rings, so it takes care of that. I'd highly suggest lapping their rings if you use them.
