Have looked at many RRAs and have yet to see a properly staked gas key. I had to use the TM expedient method to properly stake both mine and my buds RRAs.

I'm referring to the gas key screws not being properly staked on the Bushmaster. May seem minor to some, but it caused me some headache. I have never seen a bolt carrier assembly from RRA, so I can not comment on them. I have fired a couple of their complete rifles, and they shot like every other AR I have fired. My local shop also uses their lowers and LPK's for their builds. They have sold a lot of them and have yet to hear one complaint.
