What's a good source for QUALITY complete AR-15 uppers?

I have a Colt HBar,

I want to put a picatiny rail system on with an A3 style flathead upper.

My next upper will either be a spikes tactical (about 500 complete off aimsurplus.com), or a BCM upper. Either are good options, but there are many good options I would say, but those are the two I find myself drooling over.

The Colt performs just peachey, never had a problem with it.

The only thing I don't like about it is the carry handle which make getting a good return to zero scope setting a PITA.

If I'm going to invest $$$ in a top of the line Trigicon ACOG I want to make sure the scope base is rock solid. Hence the move to an A3 style upper.

I'm very happy with my palmetto upper. build specs are on par with uppers twice the price, I paid $430 for mine.
